Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Bob now resides in the Englewood area, specializing in luxury and waterfront properties throughout Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Whether you are buying or selling on our spectacular barrier islands — Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Boca Grande, Port Charlotte or North Port Estates — you can count on Bob’s expertise and guidance to ensure a seamless transaction.
Demonstrating his sharp business acumen, Bob has successfully owned and invested in multiple restaurants and hotels across the country. In addition, he served as president of Heroic Hospitality, a consulting firm with a focus on customer service, sales and marketing. He has traveled extensively both nationally and internationally as a business consultant extending from Canada to the Caribbean islands including Granada. As a result of his solid real estate background and diverse business experience, Bob is able to provide comprehensive knowledge of the industry to ensure the realization of his clients’ goals.
As a previous member of the National Speakers Association, Bob has been recognized as an authority on real estate, speaking at various events across the country as well as locally. He also helps veterans and their spouses receive a powerful benefit they have earned, but may not be aware of, called “Aids & Attendance.”
A proud American veteran himself, Bob has lived and traveled throughout Europe and served on short-term missions in Africa and India. He and his wife of 16 years, Penny, are passionate about God, Our Country, and their family which includes their nine grandchildren. They enjoy their Gulf Coast lifestyle and helping their clients succeed in reaching their dreams and goals.

Good realtors are hard to find. After we fired our "list and run" realtor, we took a little break. In the meantime, we were flooded with solicitations from realtors. Bob stood out to us, we decided to meet with him. We listed with him. This is what we were pleased to learn about Bob. Bob listens, and has years of experience with fair suggestions. When he promises to do something, he does it. When you have a question, no matter what is is, he answers in a very timely manner ... usually within minutes.
